How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want people who reach out to Bearinghunter Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what we do afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Bearinghunter Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Bearinghunter Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@bearinghunter.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review the matter again. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
